Флор Янсен рассказала о Wacken Open Air 2013 и о работе в Nightwish

Работа в Nightwish отличается от того, чем ты занималась раньше с твоими другими группами, или нет?

Флор Янсен: Это было мне знакомо. Даже при том, что меня просили делать так-то и так-то, у меня действительно была свобода воплотить мои собственные идеи и решения. Когда ты начинаешь что-то делать, ты должен отдать этому частичку себя, поэтому, я не могла делать это по-другому. Я не могу просто подражать предыдущим певицам. Было замечательно наблюдать, что песни стали немного другими. Я не чувствую больше, что пою чью-либо музыку. Я чувствую себя естественно.

Как прошло шоу и съемка Nightwish на фестивале Wacken Open Air 2013?

Флор Янсен: О, это было просто удивительно! Это было самым большим шоу для всех нас, в том числе и по причине съемок DVD. Даже женский сайт написал об этом. Все прошло захватывающе. Это был прекрасный вечер, погода была великолепной и группа выступила на высоте. Я бы не хотела показаться высокомерной, но я имею в виду, что бывают моменты, когда ты просто знаешь, что у группы все получается, и знаешь, что твой звук идеален. Прибавь к этому публику из 70000 человек... Мне потребовалось несколько дней, чтобы возвратиться на землю после того грандиозного шоу!

Возможно слишком рано подводить итоги сотрудничества с Nightwish, но что ты чувствуешь сейчас?

Флор Янсен: Это было волшебное и удивительное время. Мы знаем друг друга около десяти лет, но все меняется, когда ты начинаешь работать более интенсивно. Я пришла в группу в очень странный момент. Было тяжело и никто не знал, как все пойдет. Ни у кого не было времени, чтобы осмыслить сложившуюся ситуацию. Мы должны были сделать все правильно. И мы это сделали! Я не знаю, как сложится будущее, но я могу сказать, чтобы ни случилось я буду счастлива продолжить работать с такими замечательными и умными людьми.
